Pro bono services for Western NC artists and art institutions impacted by Helene.
Implement Legal was born in Asheville, NC, and many of our beloved clients, friends, and family live in Western NC. This region suffered catastrophic devastation during Hurricane Helene.
At the firm, we understand Hurricane Helene as both a humanitarian crisis and a cultural heritage disaster. Hundreds of artists in the region have lost their lives’ work, and their homes and studios have been destroyed.
We are offering pro bono legal services to artists and arts institutions impacted by the disaster. If you need help, please fill out the form below.

It's personal. Our firm began in the River Arts District. We raised our daughter in the mountains. There is no Implement Legal without the artists of Western North Carolina.
Western North Carolina is home to Black Mountain College, Penland, and the glass arts movement. It's the cradle of contemporary craft. It's a site of extraordinary historical significance.
We're committed to helping this community recover. We will get through this together. -
Please do.
